This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders worldwide.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., embroidered gis, tailored gloves) require 7–15 business days for production before shipping.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your purchase is complete.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We work with trusted courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Pakistan): 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • North America: 8–14 business days

  • Middle East: 6–10 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 8–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders above €100 qualify for free standard shipping worldwide.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A fixed fee may apply to smaller orders, displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Express Shipping: Available on request for an additional fee (calculated at checkout).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to monitor your package in real time on the courier’s website.

If you don’t receive tracking details within the estimated processing period, please contact us. 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees set by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties upon delivery.

  • Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed Delivery: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us, and we’ll investigate with the courier.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Nuqat Impex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. However, we will do our best to assist in filing claims with the courier.

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional re-shipping fees.

7. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages (e.g., if certain items are stocked in different warehouses). You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this applies.

8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

  • Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately to avoid delays.

9. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile or high-value items may include additional protective packaging.
