At Nuqat Impex, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Products must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom BJJ gis, embroidered gloves, tailored apparel).

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

 

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and reason for the return.

  3. Our support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

 Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for standard products of equal or lesser value.

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

  • Customized items cannot be exchanged (since they are made-to-order).

 

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging.

  • We’ll cover the return shipping cost and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (processing times vary).

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, email us

 

7. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees paid on international orders are non-refundable.

  • Ensure your package is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

 

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

 

9. Important Notes

  • Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
